The Good Things that Happened Today
Research suggests that the human mind is more likely to notice and remember negative or unpleasant experiences than positive ones. Fortunately, the positive psychology folks have conducted additional research demonstrating that we actually can reprogram our brains to begin to notice more positive elements of our life experiences. The steps are amazingly simple. List things to be grateful for. Keep a daily "good things that happened today" journal.
